Your guarantee is valid on purchases from 01.10.2015. When installed properly, your item will be repaired or replaced no questions asked.
Return products for repair
Every day, we inspect returned devices sent to us with our product return form. When possible we repair them, if not we replace them with a new device. If your guarantee has expired, we’ll ask you whether you’d like the article sent back to you. You always have the option of a suitable replacement article. All returns, including error testing, are processed within approximately two weeks.
